What’s Involved?

The goal of the MENTORSHIP is to build on your core skills so you can become the best project professional you can be, while supporting you to deliver on the project (or projects) you’re working on right now. It’s delivered over a 3-month period and limited to 6 participants to ensure that everyone gets the support they need for the duration of the program.

Mentorship Program Outline

2-hour 1:1 Strategy Call

We’ll talk through your current challenges, get clear on your project goals, and what success looks like for you. Goals will be supported with tangible targets to measure progress each month and at the end of the program.

3 x Monthly Group Calls

In these calls we focus on a specific project theme. You’ll get access to tools to help you take action that will move you towards your project goals.

6 x Fortnightly 1:1 Support Calls

At each of the 1:1 check-ins, I will work with you at a deeper level with specific activities you can implement in your day-to-day and on your projects to help you smash your goals.

Access to a Professional Project Coach

I’m completely dedicated to helping you achieve your project goals for the 3-months we’ll work together in the Mentorship. In addition to our scheduled sessions, you’ll have weekday access to me via WhatsApp for the duration of the program.

Access to Project Templates

Along your Mentorship journey, you’ll get access to all my best project delivery templates, articles and insights so you can continue to deliver powerful projects even when the program is complete.

The Project Mentorship Is Perfect For Project Professionals Who...

  • Have at least 2 years of active project delivery experience.
  • Are PMI Members and would like to achieve up to 12 PDUs.

You don’t need any previous project training – just hands-on experience as a member of a project team in any role.

Meet Karine.

Your MENTORSHIP Coach.

I’m what you might call an accidental project manager.

I first discovered the world of project delivery when I was seconded as a Subject Matter Expert onto a project team. It was meant to be for a week. But after six months on that project, followed by six months on another, I was hooked.

Projects became my passion.

I’ve got more than 17 years’ experience as a project delivery specialist. I’ve been in every seat on a project team, from business analyst, tester and scheduler, to Program Manager, Project Lead and Head of Delivery.

Through my diverse experience, I’ve achieved huge project milestones, industry changing wins and my own share of project bombs.

I’ll help you build the practical skills and knowledge you need to lay foundational project processes, navigate risks and face project challenges, all without overcomplicating things or focussing on unnecessary theory and paperwork.

The next Mastermind will commence on Thursday 26th May 2022 and will run for 6-months.

Because we’ll talk about your suitability for the program, it’s unlikely you’ll discover it’s not right for you.

But if at any time during the 6-month period you decide the Mastermind isn’t what you expected it to be, you can drop out without any break-out fee.

The Mastermind is limited to a group of 6 participants to ensure that everyone gets the support they need to achieve their project goal.

No. This Mastermind is for any member of a project team who would like to improve their project skills and become a more confident project team member and leader of change.

If you are a PMI member, this Mastermind will contribute to 1 point for each session you attend, a maximum of 12 PDU’s in total.

Yes. You should.

The Projecting Mastermind will contribute to your professional development and funding your participation is the equivalent of your organisation making an investment to their internal talent pool. What you learn in the Mastermind will significantly elevate your consulting ability enabling organisations to charge a premium for your renewed skills.
